How do I get into the Dragonspiral Tower?
Dragonspiral Tower is a landmark in North Western Unova. It can only be accessed from Icirrus City in the South. There are no trainers in the entire tower, but there are many wild Pokemon. Only come here after visiting N’s Castle!

Is Dragonspiral Tower a post game?
Dragonspiral Tower is only accessible in Black and White 2’s postgame. The easiest way to get there is to head west of Opelucid City to Route 9 and Tubeline Bridge, then clear Route 8 until you arrive in Icirrus City.

When you fly back to Icirrus City after receiving the Light Stone, you have two options. You can hurry directly east across Route 8 to the Tubeline Bridge and Opelucid City, or you can hug the northern edge of Route 8 and explore the Moor of Icirrus.

There’s more than one way to progress in Relic Castle. From the Team Plasma member who fought you when you first entered the new portion of the dungeon, go through the rooms in the following order: down, left, down, left and left. In that room, meet with the old man standing in front of the door leading up.
