How to Use It
- Your shoe’s current insoles are probably removable – TAKE THEM OUT FIRST.
- Place insole into shoe to test for size.
- If needed, trim along the outline (on top of the insole near the toes) that matches your shoe size.
- Insert insole into shoe GEL SIDE DOWN.
How often should Dr Scholl’s insoles be replaced?
Scholl’s® insoles and orthotics are designed to last six (6) months with regular use. They should be replaced within this timeframe or at the first signs of wear.
